At Khazina Digital Signage, we offer a 14 day no questions asked money back guarantee.
You must contact us in writing (letter or email) on the below contact details, quoting your name, item code and order number from your invoice within 14 days of delivery of any goods to be returned, shortages, or if you wish to report any damaged or faulty goods.
The date of delivery will be recorded by our courier.
Once we have your contact details, our customer service team will contact you to help resolve the issue and in the case of returning goods we will assist you with the necessary action to be taken.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them.
Goods should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition. Deprecation charges will apply on any used/open/installed item accordingly and will be deducted from refund amount. The cost of returning the goods and insuring them against loss or damage will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price, if a collection is arranged by Khazina Digital Signage.
Alternatively, goods can be sent back by your own method of transportation at your own cost.
Your refund will be made within 14 days of return of the Goods.
You should examine your goods at point of delivery. If the package is damaged please sign delivery paperwork ‘accepted packaged damaged’ or if you wish, refuse the delivery.

Khazina Digital Signage guarantees all goods for 1 to 3 year from the date of receipt against defective parts, materials and manufacture.
Refunds ( Design/Video Editing Services )
Khazina provides all design and video editing services to facilitate its customer . This service is provided by third party ( Outsourced ) . The refund policy for design/video editing services is :-
1. 100% refund for design charges if you cancel your order before your design/video editing starts.
2. 50 % refund for design/video editing charges if your design started but not completed ( not more than one preview sent from designer) .
3. No refund for if your design/video editing is completed ( Sent Final Design By designer even you are not agree) .
4. No refund if you receive your first preview and not respond in 15 days.
After receiving your refund application concern department will review your application which can take up to 10 working days . if your claim of refund successful . The refund payment can take 6-8 week to be refunded ( International payment and third party involvement) . We will refund via BACS only.
Cloud Subscription Refund
Khazina provides a third party cloud solution . The refund policy for cloud subscription is :-
1. 100% refund if username and password not issued.
2. No refund if username and password are issued .

We may disable your account in our sole discretion for non-payment of subscription fee without notice. In these cases a re-connection fee will also be charged. If an account is disabled all of the associated data and materials will also be removed from our server and cannot be recovered.
You may request us to provide you with any information we hold about you. Provision of such information may be subject to the payment of a fee.
If you have purchased a subscription to our service from one of our distributors you must remain with this service provider until your subscription comes to an end.
